Poor Quality & Design : Silblade FB126 Flex Black Ultimate Silicone Wiper Blade - 26"

I have been using SilBlades on all my vehicles for the past 3 years. The performance of the wiper blades are excellent and have not let me down. I have read some of the recent reviews that indicated they did not fit well and fell off. I had difficulty at first until I learned the trick to install them. Once they are properly installed, they will not fall off.

The trick to install these on a J-arm is to first realize what actually holds these blades onto the wiper Arm. These wiper blades are held onto the Arm by the two ears that must extend past the crook in the J-arm. This is almost impossible to do unless the wiper is rotated to allow the two ears to be beyond the plastic mount. What this means is that the two ears are in free air allowing the ears to move outward while pushing the blade onto the J-arm. Once the blade is pushed all the way on, the plastic mount prevents the ears from moving locking the blade onto the arm. I hope I explained this well enough as I would hate to see anyone else return the product as it is well worth the money.
